garlic & olive pasta

16 oz pack of spaghetti
3.8 oz can of sliced olives
1 whole garlic
2-3 bay leaf
1 tsp capers
olive oil
salt & pepper

this is too easy.... pour about half a cup of olive oil in a pot. mince the entire garlic and mix with olive oil. throw in bay leaves & capers. sprinkle in salt & pepper. place pot over super low heat.

boil the pasta.

once pasta is cooked, heat olive oil mixture to medium and mix. right before the garlic browns, add the can of sliced olives including the juice. toss in pasta.

simple flavor. perfect for the young pallet.
